You For Life is devoted to bringing the focus back to you. Jamie will be there on the journey with you to guide and support you through change while taking the time to understand your situation. 

Jamie at You For Life uses a simple and individualised non-diet approach to healthy eating to help achieve your nutrition and health related goals.

My Story


Jamie Tratt is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and member of Dietitians Australia. 

Jamie’s love for everything to do with food came from her own personal experiences with coeliac disease, leading to a career as a dietitian. Jamie understands the challenges that come along with learning new concepts and making changes and it has strengthened her passion for helping others with their own journey.


Jamie believes that we should all be able to experience food in a positive way while staying healthy, eating well and feeling great. Jamie takes an individualised and holistic approach, striving to empower each person to make realistic lifestyle changes.
